Workforce Evolve Reaches 1,000 Queensland Businesses

Congratulations to Business Chamber Queensland and the Workforce Evolve team on reaching an impressive milestone, supporting 1,000 Queensland businesses through the program.

Workforce Evolve helps small and medium businesses strengthen their workforce by providing practical support to attract, retain and develop employees and build greater workforce capability.

Reaching 1,000 businesses is a significant achievement and highlights both the demand for practical workforce support and the willingness of Queensland businesses to invest in their people and prepare for changing workforce needs.

For the Springfield Regional Jobs Committee, programs such as Workforce Evolve complement the work happening at a regional level. Stronger businesses create stronger employment opportunities, and helping employers build the capability to recruit, develop and retain their workforce is an important part of addressing workforce challenges.
