Queensland Small Business Month Workshop Helps Springfield Businesses Explore Practical AI Solutions
The Springfield Regional Jobs Committee was pleased to attend the recent AI workshop delivered by Tracy Sheen and hosted by the Greater Springfield Chamber Of Commerce as part of Queensland Small Business Month.
The workshop provided local businesses with practical and accessible insights into how artificial intelligence can be used in day-to-day business operations to improve productivity, streamline tasks and support business growth.
Importantly, the session focused on how AI can help people work smarter alongside technology rather than replacing jobs, helping to remove some of the uncertainty and fear often associated with AI adoption.
Attendees took part in strong discussions around the opportunities, challenges and real-world applications of AI across different industries, with many businesses eager to better understand how emerging technology can support their operations while maintaining the human connection that remains critical to good business.
The Springfield Regional Jobs Committee valued the opportunity to continue building its own understanding of how AI can support workforce engagement, communication and regional industry development, while also connecting with local businesses to hear how they are approaching AI within their organisations.
The Committee thanks the Greater Springfield Chamber for continuing to deliver valuable learning opportunities for the local business community and acknowledges Tracy Sheen for presenting a practical and engaging session.
