TAFE Queensland welcomes new CEO and Board members to strengthen skills and training delivery

The Springfield Regional Jobs Committee (SRJC) welcomes the appointment of new leadership at TAFE Queensland, marking an important step forward in strengthening skills and training delivery across Queensland.

We congratulate Tim Rawlings on his appointment as Chief Executive Officer, alongside new Board members Kieran Chilcott and Susan Gladman.

This refreshed leadership team brings strong experience across training, industry, governance and government, supporting a renewed focus on workforce outcomes and job-ready skills. The appointments align with the Crisafulli Government’s commitment to building a stronger economy and a more skilled workforce for Queenslanders.

As a key partner in regional workforce planning, SRJC looks forward to continuing our close collaboration with TAFE Queensland to ensure training pathways are aligned with local industry needs, emerging skills demand, and real employment opportunities across the Greater Springfield and Ipswich region.
